Cheval Blanc

Built on the very site of the former Caravelle, the Cheval Blanc was originally intended to be the family mazot (small mountain wooden chalet) of Bernard Arnault, CEO of the LVMH Group. Step-by-step, this project was converted into a boutique-hotel. The 34 rooms and suites (as well as an apartment and a chalet) that the Cheval Blanc can boast of, are truly worthy of the image behind the name chosen, reference being made to the famous Bordeaux vintage wines that Bernard Arnault owns.

Accommodation
Cheval Blanc has 34 rooms and suites spread out over five floors. Each room overlooks the mountain and either comes with a terrace or a balcony, depending on which direction it faces.
The spacious rooms, designed in a contemporary style, have their own sitting room corner.

Dining:
Under the master hands of Wout Bru, the young chef hailing from Bruges, the 1947 takes on daring contrasts that are at their best under dimmed evening lights. The Chef offers a menu that maximizes the savours of a creative and well-balanced cuisine.

At the White bar, during tea time or after hours, the day unfolds at a pleasant pace, creating memorable times of shared pleasures, pauses taken together for gourmet splurges and the notes and harmony of the pianist. Club atmosphere guaranteed...

At La terrasse restaurant, guests can delight in the view of the Alpine gardens at any time of day, dressed in a cashmere plaid and comfortably lounging in luxurious deck chairs. An indispensable meeting point.

Spa
Givenchy pioneered the concept with the launch of the first Givenchy spa. Nowdays, the house’s expertise in this field is backed by 15 years of experience. Today, Givenchy is opening its first Spa des neiges (snow spa). A haven of well-being that offers a new art of living in the mountains.
Inspired by snow, torrents and ice, this spa is totally integrated with the rest of the hotel architecture. Water, wood, stone and pebbles provide the spa with a poetic and serene setting that stretches over 600 m2.
