Fregate Island

Accomodation : 
16 villas have been built on the island, which is located in the north of the Seychelles, . Two villas, built especially withfamilies in mind, are situated in natural gardens. Other overlook the shore from the hillside, offering extraordinary views on the Indian Ocean .
40 guests maximum.
Two villas, Anse Bambou and Anse Victorin, are about 186 m². Each has a spacious living-room, a vast bedroom, a dressing room and two bathrooms.

Restaurants : 
The main restaurant : Fregate House is in the centre of the resort.
Here one can enjoy refined cuisine while gazing  at the ocean and coconut palm fringed beach.  Great attention has been paid to the fine selection of wines on offer. Breakfast is also served here. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and serves a varied international cuisine  for dinner.
The second restaurant, Plantation House, specialises in creole food, served in a typical atmosphere of a colonian house.  You can try african, asian, and creole delights at the buffet.

Spa :
The Rock Spa is an institute which offers a range of treatments based on non-aggressive medicine. You can also have a therapeutic massage in the intimacy of your villa.
