Saint Anne Resort & Spa

Just a quarter of an hour by boat from the Port of Mahé, the capital city of the Seychelles Islands, the Sainte Anne Resort is a small, natural gem of 200 hectares located on the turquoise waters of the Marine National Park. In this symphony in greens and blues, the terracotta tiled roofs of the 87 villas of the Sainte Anne Resort can barely be made out. You have to get close to the river to little by little, make out the elegant ground-level constructions that have harmoniously been scattered along the two main beaches of the island. As you put your foot down on Saint Anne, you cannot help but pronounce the cliché of tropical paradise, how else would one describe this idyllic decor that is unfolding before our very eyes?

Accomodation :
87 villas, 29 villas with swimming pools
The 28 villas, recently equipped with swimming pools, have been “privatised” by a timber log fence overlooking the beach, adding to the feeling of spaciousness and intimacy. Redesigned on this occasion, the magnificent tropical gardens highlight the overflow swimming pool surrounded by pebbles. The terrace and the gazebo have been extended by a spacious deck. The result : you feel at home on your private island

Restaurants:
Since its opening, it has earned the reputation of being the best dining option in the Seychelles. The hotel pays careful attention to its menu selections under the expertise of its new Executive Chef, Sébastien Vincent
Le Robinson
: a restaurant which can welcome up to 20 persons, surrounded by trees and granitic rocks; each evening you will enjoy a “discovery” menu.
Le Mont Fleuri: popular for its refined Mediterranean cuisine, this restaurant has been decorated  recently and refreshed with new thatched roofs and wooden beams.
L’Abondance:The floor here is completely recovered with wooden decks set with reflection pools. Here water is omnipresent, reinforced by the swimming pool and the ocean in the background that creates the impression of an island within an island.
The Oceane has opted for simplicity with a decor made up of straw huts erected on the beach. A simple, minute cuisine, essentially revolving around lobsters, seafood and grilled fish and traditional Creole dishes.
