The hotel offers 75 studio suites and 50 suites including the penthouse suite of an enormous 930 m²,

50 Suites from 84 to 325 m², with one, two or three rooms.
The Penthouse Suite of 930 m² has amazing balconies, a private pool on the top floor, a Jacuzzi, and a panoramic view of Miami and Miami Beach.
Some of the suites have spa baths, showers with special "rain fall" heads, with bath accessories from Acqua di Parma. Finally, all suites offer a bar and Internet access.
Restaurants :
At Restaurant, the chief suggests a "trans-ethnical" cuisine based on fresh products, of the highest quality, from all around the world. A big kitchen "show" allows one to follow the preparation of the meals.
For dinner, or simply to have a drink outside, small platforms have been arranged in the middle of the water.
The Champagne Bar, Seafood and Caviar offers a wide selection of finest foies gras, caviars, hams, salmons and oysters. The wine list presents an excellent choice of red and white wines, and of course Champagne. The Grill : with the chef David Werly to enjoy European dishes with an emphasis on French & Mediterranean.
The Bar : another bar located between the lobby and the terrace serves cocktails and liqueurs.
The Beach Bar : situated discretely next to the swimming-pool and the beach, guests can order drinks, grills or dishes from a Mmediterranean-inspired menu.
Spa :
The products and treatments at the Spa at the Setai are based on a holistic approach to well-being, to the point where food has been studied for its beneficial effetcs on the body and the spirit. In the fitness centre, guests who wish to train and exercise can follow a special sports programme, tailored for them by a professionnal.

Spa suites of The Setai Hotel are only for couples. They are by the ocean and are equipped with a hammam and a "rain fall" shower. Treatments can be done in the suites, or on the beach or by the swimming-pool.
